Kingston-upon-Thames – 31st May 2016 - MeetingPoint, IT Channel leader in demand generation and training services, has scooped “Winner” in the Manager of the Year category at the UKCCF Awards for London and the South East Region. They credit Stephen Burton, Head of Training, for his grounded and ethical approach to team training and management.
The Awards Ceremony, hosted this year by Actor and Stand-Up Comedian Stuart Goldsmith at Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow, is one of the industry’s most highly anticipated calendar events with contact centre teams from across London and the South East vying for recognition amongst their peers. This year yielded another fantastic crop of industry beating talent and recognised MeetingPoint in two additional categories - as Finalists/Highly Commended in the Outsourcing Partnership category and Finalist in the Customer Experience team category.

UKCCF aims to provide a platform for call centre and customer service professionals to meet and share ideas at a local level. It was set up by the Call Centre Management Association which exists to support operational Managers in their career development, working with their members to build skills and abilities. Their role is to help members develop expertise and ensuring they thrive in a time of fast changing networked economies, global competition and ever growing customer expectations.
